Chelsea convinced to sign South American star - Romano

Chelsea are convinced to sign Brighton & Hove Albion midfielder Moises Caicedo in the forthcoming transfer window.
Caicedo was the subject of interest from the Blues in January, but the Seagulls made it clear that he was not available for sale.
The Blues are now planning to return with a fresh proposal and they are convinced that the midfielder is the perfect player for them.
Romano said: "Chelsea are convinced that Caicedo is the perfect player for them. From sources I spoke to, the idea is that Caicedo is going to be worth £70m or £80m. No more than this."
Aside from the Blues, Arsenal are also interested in landing the 21-year-old midfielder, but their main priority is Declan Rice.
The Gunners may have to spend £92 million for his signature and it is unclear whether they will have the funds for Caicedo after.
Hence, Chelsea seem in pole position to sign the versatile star. Caicedo can play in midfield but can also operate as a right-back.
Manchester United have also been linked with Caicedo for some time, but their approach may depend on funds from player sales.
