West Ham after Bendtner
West Ham have been linked with a January move for Arsenal's Danish striker, Nicklas Bendtner. The player has been unhappy for being excluded from Arsenal's squad against Portsmouth.
However, Alan Curbishley could offer the talented youngster a lifeline at Upton Park. Wenger may be keen to let the player go on loan if he is unhappy with his lack of first team football this year. Last season Bendtner impressed at Birmingham - but at Arsenal is 4th in the pecking order behind Eduardo, Adebayor and van Persie.
Bendtner has been known to consider himself one of the first-choice strikers at Arsenal ahead of van Persie and Adebayor; but Wenger has told Nicklas to bide his time and he may get a first-team opportunity.
