Liverpool have free run to sign Belgian midfield star

Liverpool have a free run at signing Southampton midfielder Romeo Lavia ahead of Arsenal and Chelsea this summer.
The Reds are on the look out for a new midfielder with Jordan Henderson and Fabinho close to making moves to Saudi Arabia.
DH claim that Lavia is the number one choice for manager Jurgen Klopp, but a transfer is far from straightforward for now.
The Saints currently value the teenager at a staggering €60m. The Reds are adamant that they won't pay such a huge fee for him.
Arsenal and Chelsea have also been linked with the teenager, but he is currently not a priority for either of those London sides.
The Gunners had made contact with his agent earlier this month, but they are now happy to continue with Thomas Partey next term.
Chelsea, on the other hand, are prioritising the transfer of Moises Caicedo from Brighton & Hove Albion, and are not looking anywhere else.
Liverpool could make a strong effort to sign Lavia in the closing stages of the summer transfer window if the Saints lower the price.
