Arsenal receive positive injury update on Gabriel
Arsenal have received a positive injury update on Gabriel Magalhaes, according to football.london.
The Brazilian made his competitive debut for Brazil against Bolivia this week. The Selecao won by a comfortable 5-1 scoreline.
Magalhaes was substituted in the 84th minute with an injury concern, but football.london claim that it is nothing to worry about.
The centre-back's problem is contact-related, and he could be involved in the next World Cup qualifier against Peru on Wednesday.
Magalhaes started the season for Arsenal on the bench. He was only a late substitute in two of the first three Premier League games.
However, he was recalled to the starting XI against Manchester United last weekend and produced a fantastic and composed display.
Magalhaes is anticipated to keep his spot after the international break. The Gunners will be on the road to Everton next weekend.
The Toffees have been a bogey club for the Gunners. Mikel Arteta will be hoping to end the hoodoo at Goodison Park this time.
