Man Utd striker nominated for Golden Boy award

Manchester United striker Rasmus Hojlund has been nominated for the Golden Boy award.

The Danish youngster joined the club from Atalanta over the summer following a promising debut season in Italy.

He was a fringe player for the Serie A outfit after joining them but became a predominant figure from the start of 2023.

Hojlund had a strong end to the season with them and has continued from where he left off for the Red Devils this term.

The 20-year-old has yet to find the back of the net in the league, but has already netted thrice in the Champions League.

Tuttosport have confirmed his inclusion in the 25 player list for the Golden Boy award which includes Jude Bellingham.

Bellingham should be the clear favourite for the accolade amid the exceptional start to his career with Real Madrid.

The teenager has been in fantabulous form for Los Blancos with 10 goals and three assists from just 10 matches for them.
