Arsenal & Tottenham make Ivan Toney transfer decision

Arsenal and Tottenham Hotspur are unlikely to meet the demands of Brentford for striker Ivan Toney in January.
Toney is currently in the middle of his eight-month ban for betting breaches, but he is anticipated to leave the Bees this winter.
Arsenal and Spurs have been linked with his services, but Fichajes claim that neither club could be willing to spend big on him.
Thomas Frank's side currently value their prized asset at £61 million and they are unlikely to entertain anything less to sell him.
That valuation is set to put off Arsenal and Spurs, who are not prepared to pay such a huge sum at the halfway stage of the season.
This could be good news for Chelsea in particular. The London rivals have been holding talks with the striker's agent in recent weeks.
Toney has an obvious preference for Arsenal, but their reluctance to spend could pave the way for the Blues to bring him to west London.
