Arsenal make Ruben Neves transfer decision - Romano

Arsenal have no interest in signing Al-Hilal midfielder Ruben Neves in January despite the constant speculation, according to Fabrizio Romano.
The Gunners are expected to invest on a new midfielder in the New Year and they have been linked with Neves on a number of occasions.
Romano has now revealed that there is no truth to the Neves rumours and the Gunners are not looking into any deal for the Portuguese.
Instead, their main priority is on landing Douglas Luiz from Aston Villa. Romano insists that a deal could be difficult to pull off.
The west Midlands outfit are also in the mix for the top four and they would not want to lose their prized asset midway through the season.
It could take a significant transfer bid, probably in the region of £60 million to convince them to part ways with the Brazilian this winter.
Arsenal previously tried to sign Luiz for £25m during the summer of 2022. He ended up penning a long-term deal with the Villans.
