Chelsea & Arsenal monitoring Serie A striker

Chelsea and Arsenal are keeping tabs on Napoli striker Victor Osimhen, who has signed a new contract with a release clause.
The Nigeria international is one of the most sought-after strikers at the moment and he has been touted to leave the Serie A champions next year.
Osimhen recently put pen-to-paper on a new deal with Naples, but his contract includes a release clause in the region of €130 million.
The buy-out clause only becomes active in the summer which allows Napoli time to prepare themselves for a proper successor.
Fabrizio Romano has confirmed both Chelsea and Arsenal are informed of the transfer figure and could battle for his services in July.
Osimhen netted 31 goals for Napoli last term, but he has managed only eight this season amid injuries. He is still highly-rated by clubs.
The Gunners have also been linked with a January move for Brentford's Ivan Toney as they look to win the Premier League title.
