Arsenal want to sign former Chelsea defender?
Arsenal have reportedly expressed an interest in signing former Chelsea defender Fikayo Tomori from AC Milan.
The England international has established himself as one of the best central defenders since his move to the Serie A.
Tomori has been linked with a possible Premier League return and Football Transfers claim that Arsenal are interested.
The Gunners spent big money on purchasing Jurrien Timber from Ajax last summer, but he got seriously injured in August.
The Dutchman is not anticipated to return until March and he could be handled with caution for the rest of the season.
Mikel Arteta is presently satisfied with the options at hand, but it is claimed that a deal for Tomori could be pursued in the summer.
Milan are facing financial difficulties similar to most Italian clubs and a fee of around €50m could persuade them to sell Tomori.
Tomori could welcome the chance to return to the English top-flight after he did not get a fair chance to prove himself at Chelsea.
