Chelsea weighing up move for former Man Utd flop
Chelsea weighing up move for former Man Utd flop
Chelsea are interested in landing the signature of Fulham midfielder Andreas Pereira, according to Globo Esporte.
The Blues have had an active transfer window thus far and they are aiming to add more quality in the squad soon.
Globo Esporte claim that the club are interested in the services of Pereira, who could be available for £30-35m.
The Blues consider him as a replacement for Conor Gallagher, who could leave the club for £50m this summer.
Pereira was previously in the ranks of United. His career never kicked on and he was eventually sold off to Fulham.
He has been a key player for the Cottagers in the last two years with 23 goal contributions from over 80 appearances.
Pereira is prepared to join the Blues over Monaco with the chance to continue his playing career in London.
The news should please United, who will be owed 20 percent of any future fee, as part of the agreement with Fulham.
