Chelsea ready to sell defender for £30m
Chelsea are prepared to part ways with Trevoh Chalobah for £30m in the current transfer window, according to Fabrizio Romano.
The England international has spent his entire career with the Blues, but the club have decided to offload him in the near future.
He has been left out of the pre-season tour of the United States and an asking price of £30m has been set for his potential transfer.
Chalobah was a key player for the Blues during the second half of last season after overcoming a lengthy and untimely thigh issue.
Despite this, the hierarchy have opted to sell him to balance their books.
Chalobah is currently on the radar of three Premier League clubs and there is a possibility that he could continue in the division.
Fulham are one of the interested teams while West Ham United and Nottingham Forest could be the other possible names.
The 25-year-old could prefer a move to rivals Fulham where he has the opportunity to prolong his stay in west London.
