Arsenal striker has agreed terms with Ligue 1 giants
Arsenal striker Eddie Nketiah has agreed personal terms with Marseille ahead of a possible transfer this summer.
The Englishman has been a fringe player for the Gunners over the past year, but he could pursue a new challenge soon.
Nketiah has now agreed contractual terms with Marseille, but the French club still need to convince the Gunners into selling him.
Arsenal are eyeing at least £35m for their graduate and there is currently a significant gap in the valuation between the clubs.
Marseille remain optimism of an agreement. If a fee can't be sorted, they could propose a loan with an obligation to buy.
The Gunners are preparing for the departure of multiple graduates.
Emile Smith Rowe is currently on the verge of joining Fulham for £35m while Reiss Nelson is on the radar of Leicester City.
The Foxes have already entered into negotiations with the Gunners. They want to land him on loan with a mandatory buy clause.
