Ipswich Town have re-opened talks with Chelsea to sign striker Armando Broja, according to Dharmesh Sheth.

The Tractor Boys recently agreed to sign Broja on loan with an obligation to buy, provided they avoid relegation this term.

However, the club decided to change terms at the last minute which did not go well with the hierarchy at Stamford Bridge.

Ipswich have now re-opened negotiations with the Blues. The club are looking into a straight-loan deal for the striker.

Broja has been hampered by plenty of injuries in his career. Ipswich are reportedly wary of committing to a permanent deal.

Chelsea are likely to accept the renewed offer from the Premier League newcomers with the lack of interest elsewhere.

Aside from Broja, Romelu Lukaku, Trevoh Chalobah, Datro Fofana, Ben Chilwell and Raheem Sterling are expected to leave.

Lukaku is expected to move to Napoli before Friday's deadline. The Blues need to find a solution for the rest of their outcasts.
