Arsenal star accepts he didn't play well vs Leicester
Arsenal midfielder Thomas Partey has acknowledged that he was not at his best against Leicester City in the Premier League today.
The Ghana international has been a regular starter for the Gunners this campaign. He has been hugely consistent with no injury concerns.
Partey started in the no.6 role against the Foxes at the King Power Stadium today. He was efficient with his distribution, but lost possession in key phases.
One of those moments almost cost the Gunners at 0-0. Partey's blushes were saved by a sensational last-ditch clearance by Myles Lewis-Skelly.
The Ghanaian was soon replaced by Jorginho. Partey has now acknowledged on Instagram that he was not at his best against the Foxes.
He wrote: "On days when I’m not at my best, the strength of the team carries us to victory. Vamoooosss."
Arsenal have moved within four points of leaders Liverpool following their late win at Leicester. The Reds have a game in hand against Wolves.
