Michael Owen slams three Man Utd stars after Spurs defeat

Premier League legend Michael Owen has slammed three Manchester United stars following the 1-0 defeat to Tottenham Hotspur on Sunday.
The Red Devils lacked the cutting edge up front against Spurs and they eventually lost the game by a solitary goal from James Maddison.
The goal resulted from a rebound. Matthijs de Ligt, Moussair Mazraoui and Harry Maguire were seemingly absent-minded in the lead-up too.
Neither of them tracked the run of Heung-min Son on the left. De Ligt was guilty of ball-watching as Maddison fired home from close range.
Speaking after the game, Owen said on the trio: "They hardly pick up any players at all, yet when you ask them to do one job – stop the guy who’s shooting – they’re sleeping at that as well."
United have dropped to 15th in the league standings after the disappointing loss. They have another difficult trip to Everton this weekend.
The Merseyside outfit are the in-form team in the Premier League. They have picked up 13 points from the last five games under David Moyes.
