Predicted Chelsea line-up (4-2-3-1) vs Southampton, Jorgensen starts
Chelsea will be aiming to return to winning ways when they host Southampton in the Premier League tonight.
The Blues have picked up just nine points from the last 10 league games, and manager Enzo Maresca will expect a resounding win against the Saints.
Formation: 4-2-3-1
Predicted Line-up:
Filip Jorgensen made a high-profile error which contributed to Aston Villa's winner last weekend. Despite this, Maresca sympathised with him and he is expected to continue in goal ahead of Robert Sanchez.
There will be an enforced change in the backline with Trevoh Chalobah out with a back issue. Tosin Adarabioyo should partner Levi Colwill in central defence with Marc Cucurella and Malo Gusto in the full-back positions.
Reece James had a surprise midfield role at Villa Park, but he could feature on the bench. His workload needs to be managed amid his injury record.
Enzo Fernandez is poised to partner Moises Caicedo in the centre of the park tonight. Cole Palmer should start in his preferred number 10 position.
We expect Jadon Sancho to come into the XI. He is likely to start on the left wing with Christopher Nkunku operating from the right side of the attack.
Pedro Neto showed promise as the main striker against the Villans. The Portuguese should continue to lead the line with Nicolas Jackson injured.
Predicted Chelsea line-up (4-2-3-1): Jorgensen; Gusto, Tosin, Colwill, Cucurella; Fernandez, Caicedo; Nkunku, Palmer, Sancho; Neto
