Arsenal expected to confirm second summer signing this week

Arsenal are expected to confirm their second summer signing after midfielder Martin Zubimendi this week, according to The Athletic.
The Gunners have already reached an agreement to land Zubimendi from Real Sociedad and a deal will be formally announced on July 1 due to accounting reasons.
The club are now poised to make their second summer acquisition. Chelsea goalkeeper Kepa Arrizabalaga has already agreed terms and he will be at London Colney this week.
The Spaniard is expected to complete the necessary formalities before putting pen-to-paper on a long-term deal. He will cost just £5 million due to a release clause on his contract.
Arrizabalaga is set to play second fiddle to David Raya for the number one role. The 30-year-old has agreed a deputy position despite receiving better proposals from other big clubs.
The Athletic graduate had the opportunity to continue at Bournemouth after a solid loan spell, but he has opted to stay in London with the Gunners.
