Stoke won't move for Berger
Tony Pulis has rejected rumours that Stoke City are close to clinching the signing of former Aston Villa and Liverpool midfielder Patrik Berger. The Czech Republic midfielder is on a free transfer after being released by his club.
"I haven't even spoken to him, never mind put a contract on the table," said Stoke City boss Tony Pulis.
It has now emerged that some Italian sides are keen on landing the Czech midfielder, with Catania and Reggina both reportedly considering a move for the Czech midfielder.
