Arsenal suffer double injury blow ahead of Slavia clash

Gyokeres & Kepa absent for Slavia clash

Arsenal have suffered a double injury blow ahead of the Champions League meeting against Slavia Prague on the road on Tuesday evening.

The Gunners have been in exceptional form in recent weeks. They have picked up nine straight wins, and have not conceded in the last seven games.

They take on Slavia away from home tomorrow. Ahead of the game, they will be without the services of Viktor Gyokeres due to a muscle injury.

The Swedish striker needs to undergo tests in the coming days. He appears a big doubt for Saturday's league game against Sunderland too.

Alongside him, the Gunners are also without goalkeeper Kepa Arrizabalaga. His absence is unlikely to be a significant blow.

Arrizabalaga has only played in the Carabao Cup this campaign. Arsenal will hope that he can recover with the international break coming up.

Arsenal will be eyeing a fourth-straight win in the Champions League against Slavia. Mikel Merino could lead the line in Gyokeres' absence.
