Merseyside chases Johnson
Merseyside chases Johnson
Both Everton and Liverpool are interested in signing Michael Johnson. The England under 21 midfielder has been a star for Man City this year, and Rafa Benitez and David Moyes are both reportedly keen on landing the player.
Johnson himself has always remained committed to his role at City, and staying at the club seems to be a high priority for the midfielder.
Man City value the midfield in excess of £14 million and would be reluctant to sell anyway, especially as Sven-Goran Eriksson has always rejected rumours the player could leave the Citizens.
