Chelsea & Tottenham want to sign Jonathan David?

Chelsea and Tottenham Hotspur are keen on landing Juventus striker Jonathan David during the January transfer window, according to Tuttomercatoweb.
The 25-year-old signed for the Bianconeri on a free transfer from Lille last summer and he has since struggled in Serie A with just one goal from 10 appearances.
The Canada international has been a regular on the bench for the Turin giants with Dusan Vlahovic preferred to lead the line despite the change of managers.
Hence, he is contemplating a potential move elsewhere, and it is claimed that Chelsea and Spurs are monitoring his situation ahead of the New Year.
The Blues signed Liam Delap and Joao Pedro last summer, but neither of them have been consistent leading the line in the ongoing campaign.
At Spurs, there is a similar concern with Randal Kolo Muani, Richarlison and Mathys Tels struggling for form, while Dominic Solanke has been out injured since the beginning of the campaign.
