Chelsea flop to join Leeds United in January?

Chelsea defender Axel Disasi could make the switch to Leeds United when the transfer window reopens at the turn of the year, according to Football Insider.
The Frenchman has not featured for the Blues this campaign. He was deemed surplus to requirements last summer and was asked to train with the development squad.
Disasi has returned to first-team training in recent weeks, but the Blues are quite clear that he has no future at the club. Leeds have now emerged as a solution for the player.
The White recently suffered a big setback with Joe Rodon sustaining an ankle injury against Sunderland. He could be on the sidelines for some period of time.
Daniel Farke's side may pursue a short-term replacement at the turn of the year and they are exploring a loan move for Disasi when the transfer window reopens.
The Blues, however, prefer to part ways with Disasi permanently. AC Milan and West Ham United have also been linked with the former Monaco centre-back.
