Man Utd serious about signing Rafael Leao

Manchester United are reportedly determined to land the signature of winger Rafael Leao from AC Milan at the end of the campaign.

The Red Devils currently have Matheus Cunha as the regular on the left wing, but they are looking for a strong competitor in the role.

Amad Diallo was tried in the position against Brentford when Cunha was sidelined, but the Ivory Coast star failed to make his mark.

Patrick Dorgu is an option for the Mancunian giants after his success earlier this year, but he is a left-back who can play higher up the pitch.

Leao would be a fantastic addition to the ranks due to his quick dribbling, direct runs and ability to score goals from long range too.

Milan are prepared to sanction his sale for around 50 million euros, but United could sign him for less by negotiating a swap deal.

Manuel Ugarte and Joshua Zirkzee are among players on Milan's radar and one of them could be used as a makeweight to land Leao.
