Man Utd stars left out of England World Cup squad

Manchester United defensive duo Harry Maguire and Luke Shaw have been left out of England's squad for the summer World Cup in North America.
The Red Devils have been brilliant during the second half of the season and recently qualified for the Champions League by securing a top-five Premier League finish.
Maguire and Shaw were instrumental to the club's success but this has not changed the mind of England head coach Thomas Tuchel ahead of his World Cup selection.
Maguire has been informed about his exclusion, and he is understood to be gutted and shocked by his omission. Similarly, Shaw is unlikely to make the 26-man squad too.
Despite having an injury-free campaign, the 30-year-old won't make the cut with Manchester City's Nico O'Reilly expected to be the number one choice at left-back.
Newcastle United's Lewis Hall could likewise make the cut and it remains to be seen whether Arsenal ace Myles Lewis-Skelly is also included. An announcement will be made tomorrow.
