Amorim wants Man Utd winger at AC Milan

AC Milan manager Ruben Amorim has his sights on signing Manchester United winger Amad Diallo this summer, according to Tuttosport.

The Rossoneri have already made a statement signing with the purchase of Goncalo Ramos from Paris Saint-Germain to bolster their frontline.

They are aiming to add another top-quality attacker and Tuttosport claim that Amad has emerged as a top candidate for new manager Amorim.

Amorim had a brilliant bond with Amad during their time at United and the Ivorian was brilliant from the right wing-back role for the Red Devils.

Amorim's exit earlier this year contributed to Amad's struggles. He could not find the same success operating from the right wing position for the club.

Despite this, United have no desire to part ways with his services and Milan acknowledge that they may not afford the 24-year-old this summer.

Amad is valued in the region of £60m. AC Milan have a budget of just £25m but it may increase after Rafael Leao's likely departure.
