Drogba back in action

Chelsea striker Didier Drogba has returned to action after recovering from an injury.

The Ivorian striker made a substitude appeareances when the Blues trashed Sunderland 5-0 on Saturday night.

The 30-year-old had initially been ruled out at least until Christmas, but he made his recovery faster than expected and played a part in Chelsea's victory.

His return is a boost for coach Felipe Scolari who has several players on the injury list including Ghana's Michael Essien.
