Sunderland chasing Dunne

Sunderland are understood to be in the driving seat to sign veteran defender Richard Dunne from Manchester City this summer. The fee that is reportedly set to be agreed is in the region of £4.5 million.

Sunderland are desperate to add some experience to their side, and Dunne, the Premiership veteran, is on their transfer hitlist.

With Man City ready to dip into the transfer market for another centre back this summer, Richard Dunne could be allowed to quit the club in a £4.5 million deal.
