Sercan Yildirim to Wigan?
Wigan are reportedly considering a move for 19 year old Bursaspor striker Sercan Yıldırım this summer. The player is now on the fringes of the Turkey first-team squad, and is considered to be one of the brightest prospects in his homeland. It is believed that Wigan are hoping to hijack Fenerbahce's switch for the striker, and a fee had already been agreed with the two Turkish clubs.
At Bursaspor, he has developed into an outstanding striker with an instinctive prowess in front of goal.
Such talents have seen the likes of Liverpool, Fenerbahce and Man City all express an interest in the player who has represented his national team at all levels.
However, Wigan have apparently offered £3.75 million to land the Bursaspor forward should Antonio Valencia leave, as expected.
Yildirim scored 15 goals for Bursaspor in 35 games last year.
