Tottenham chasing Scott Parker

Tottenham are weighing up a move for London rivals West Ham United's centre midfielder Scott Parker. Spurs boss Harry Redknapp is a big fan of Parker, and will make an enquiry in the coming weeks, according to media reports today.

Parker is valued by West Ham in the region of £5.5 million, and has shown time and time again that he is one of the clubs most consistent performers, despite a poor season by the club so far.

Tottenham would like to add a Parker to the squad as they appear to be struggling in their efforts to sign Brazilian starlet Sandro.
