Sunderland in for Karadeniz

Sunderland boss Steve Bruce is to make an offer for Turkey international midfielder Gokdeniz Karadeniz as he looks to find a suitable replacement for Jordan Henderson who joined Liverpool this week.
Reports emanating from Russia today indicate that Sunderland will pay around £7.5 million to sign the international midfielder who has played for Rubin Kazan for three years.
Karadeniz, 31, will reportedly be offered a two year contract at the Stadium of Light.
Italian club Juventus are also monitoring the situation.
