Man City eyes on Odjidja-Ofoe

Manchester City may make a shock move for Belgian youngster Vadis Odjidja-Ofoe. The interest comes after a recommendation from Vincent Kompany for his compatriot.

Odjidja-Ofoe recently made his first national team appearance for Belgium, and the defensive midfielder has been in sensational form for his team Club Brugge since arriving there in 2009 from Hamburg.

It is understood that Man City will offer around 5m GBP to bring the 22 year old to the Citizens.

Although Odjidja-Ofoe will not be thrown straight into the first-team, it is understood that City want to groom the player to be a partner for Kompany in the City midfield next year.
