Liverpool open to Meireles move
Liverpool open to Meireles move
Liverpool may let Raul Meireles quit the club this summer; despite an impressive first season at Anfield. It is understood that Juventus are tracking the Portuguese international centre midfielder.
Despite Meireles only arriving at Anfield for £11m last summer from Portuguese giants Porto; the Reds are already willing to listen to offers for the player. It is understood that Dalglish would accept an offer that matched the £11m that former coach Roy Hodgson paid.
Juventus have already been credited with an interest, and have even offered Felipe Melo in exchange.
It is understood that Kenny Dalglish is desperate to bankroll a move for Connor Wickham and Stewart Downing and needs to find extra cash to do so.
