Chelsea have turned down an offer from Queens Park Rangers for French winger Florent Malouda. The left sided winger submitted a transfer request to the Blues in December, which has been accepted by Andre Villas-Boas, and the player's representatives have been busy finding a new opportunity for the former Lyon man.
