North London duo join race for Dani Alves
North London rivals Arsenal and Tottenham Hotspur have reportedly joined the pursuit for Barcelona defender Dani Alves, according to The Times.
The Brazilian international has yet to sign a new deal at Camp Nou, with his existing contract set to expire next summer.
A report from The Times claims that talks have stalled over a new contract and the former Sevilla man could be tempted into a January switch away from the La Liga giants.
In addition to this, the Gunners and Spurs have joined the long list of clubs interested in the right-back's signature.
Alves joined Barca from Sevilla in the summer of 2008.
