Jose Mourinho will seek to land the signature of Galatasaray midfielder Wesley Sneijder, should he take over the managerial reigns at Manchester United.
The 52-year-old is currently the front-runner to succeed under-pressure manager Louis van Gaal at Old Trafford.
According to The Sun, the Mancunian giants could turn to the former Chelsea boss, once they decide to sack Van Gaal.
It is added that Mourinho has identified Sneijder as the ideal playmaker to change the club's fortunes in the second half of the campaign.
The Netherlands international is currently contracted at Galatasaray until the summer of 2018.
