Preview: Wigan vs Man Utd
The crown is in Man Utd's hands as they battle to secure a second consecutive Premiership title this afternoon as they travel to the JJB Stadium to take on Wigan. Today is the first time in nine years that the title is decided on the final day, and Sir Alex knows that his experienced side must pull out all their resources to secure a victory.
Chelsea and United are level in points as we go into the final day of an exciting Premiership campaign.
If United do slip up, Chelsea are determined to take advantage against a Bolton side already all-but assured of their top-flight status for another season.
Victory over Wigan at the JJB Stadium will land Manchester United a record 10th Premier League title.
Man Utd have opted to go for an experienced, attacking line up and Steve Bruce knows that his Wigan side have the opportunity to rob United of a crown they surely deserve over the entire season.
