Tevez still in Mancini's Man City plans

17 September 2011 - 08:54

Roberto Mancini has told Carlos Tevez that he still has a future at the Etihad Stadium, but he must prove himself and show his good form in order to win a place in the first team.

  • Chelsea plan summer move for Victor Osimhen
  • Xabi Alonso wants reunion with 27yo star at Chelsea
  • Currently, Mario Balotelli, Carlos Tevez, Edin Dzeko and Sergio Aguero are all fighting for a first team spot at Man City.

Mancini has told Tevez that he must prove himself and keep battling for a first team place: "In this moment there are players that are playing better than him and Carlos is here training. When Carlos is good, probably he'll have a chance to play.

"I don't know if he's happy but every player when they can't play is not happy. It's normal. But we have other players that deserve a position."
