It has been suggested by several media reports that Hull City manager Steve Bruce is planning a £2m swoop for Arsenal striker Nicklas Bendtner.
Bruce has been looking to bolster his attacking front but so far he has suffered only disappointment as recently Burnley forward Charlie Austin failed a medical.<br />
According to reports in The Sun, the Tigers have shifted their focus at acquiring the Arsenal striker after having been priced out of moves for Gary Hooper and Darren Bent.<br />
The Danish striker is not a stranger to Steve Bruce. They have worked together previously at Sunderland in a season-long spell. Hull City are ready to offer the 25-year-old first-team football at the KC stadium.
