Newcastle manager Pardew still pursuing attacking trio

31 July 2013 - 10:00

Newcastle's manager Alan Pardew is still hopeful that he will be able to sign some new strikers for the coming season. Loic Remy, Darren Bent and Bafetimbi Gomis have all been linked with a move to St. James' Park.

  • Chelsea ready to sell four home-grown players
  • Predicted Chelsea line-up (4-2-3-1) vs Aston Villa, Palmer starts

  • The Toon Army are desperate to sign some new strikers and director of football Joe Kinnear is busy trying to lock down a new signing before the beginning of the coming season.

"They’re all very much on the radar. We will pursue them until we get them," said Pardew.

"I think that we are in the market still. We will pay what we think is the right price."
