Malaga goalkeeper Willy Caballero has claimed that the former Premier League champions Manchester City wanted to sign him during the recently concluded summer transfer window.<br /><br />Manchester City Manuel Pellegrini was eager on acquiring the services of the Argentine shotstopper, on account of his prior experience with the player during his managerial reign at Malaga last season. <br /><br />Caballero told The Sun : <em>"I talked with Manuel Pellegrini before he left Malaga.</em>
