Crystal Palace manager Ian Holloway has insisted that he failed to re-sign Wilfried Zaha on loan before the conclusion of the summer transfer window.
The 20-year-old left the Eagles for the Premier League champions during the summer transfer window, but has yet to feature for the Red Devils in a Premier League match under new manager David Moyes.�
He told the Express :"I asked about a loan for Wilf but David will select him at the right time.
"I asked about him in the last day of the transfer window. Just in case."
