Real Madrid Legendary goalkeeper Iker Casillas will reportedly consider a summer move to Arsenal, if he fails to cement his place in the starting line-up at the Bernabeu by the end of the current campaign, according to Spanish newspaper El Confidencial.
The 32-year-old Spanish International has fallen down the pecking order since the arrival of manager Carlo Ancelotti, with Diego Lopez being prefered as the first-choice following his impressive performances in the latter stages of the last season.
The report suggests that the Gunners boss Arsene Wenger is currently monitoring the situation of the veteran shot-stopper at the Spanish outfit, and could make a move for Casillas next summer.
It is likely that Casillas will prefer a switch to the Gunners, as he will have the chance to link up with country-mates Nacho Monreal, Santi Cazorla as well as former Los Blancos man Mesut Ozil
Manchester City are also monitoring the progress of Iker Casillas.
