Chelsea shot-stopper to stay with Atletico Madrid?

Chelsea's Belgian goalkeeper Thibaut Courtois will reportedly stay with La Liga giants Atletico Madrid on loan for the fourth season in a row.

The talented shot-stopper has been at Atleti for the past three seasons on loan, and was expected to re-join parent club Chelsea next term in order to provide stiff competition to current number one Petr Cech.

 

However, Goal.com claims that manager Jose Mourinho is happy with what Cech has to offer to the Blues and will stick with the Czech international for the next season.

 

With Courtois in need for regular first-team action, he is likely to join the Spanish outfit for another term this summer.

 

Atletico Madrid are currently top of La Liga with 76 points.
