Arsenal are reportedly interested in signing one of Southampton's players of the season in Morgan Schneiderlin this summer, according to Football Direct News.
The report claims that the Gunners boss Arsene Wenger, who is a keen admirer of Schneiderlin's talents, considers him as a potential replacement for Mikel Arteta on a long-term basis.
In addition to that, the North London club will make a bid in the region of £12m for Frenchman's services.
Schneiderlin has scored two goals in 35 appearances for the South Coast club in the league this season.
