Manchester City are understood to be monitoring the progress of winger Adnan Januzaj, with a view to a summer bid for his services.

According to Football Direct News, the Citizens boss Manuel Pellegrini had sent scouts to have a look at the talented youngster in recent weeks.

 

Januzaj, who recently committed his international future to Belgium, has been one of the bright spots, in what has been a very poor season for the Red Devils considering what they had achieved in the past decade.

 

City are preparing an offer in the region of £25m for the 19-year-old, who could be lured to the Etihad, with the prospect of Champions League football up for grabs.
