Morata to Juventus?

07 July 2014 - 07:41

Real Madrid young ace Alvaro Morata is reportedly moving to Juventus this summer.

  • Fabrizio Romano updates on Nicolas Jackson's future at Chelsea
  • Man Utd serious about signing Rafael Leao
  • Juventus are willing to buy the talented striker but are finding it difficult to meet the asking price of €25 million. Madrid giants are also asking for a €30 million buy-back clause in his contract.

The Italian club started bidding at €15 million and were stretched to €18 million but Real Madrid are not budging on the striker's price.

Morata has reportedly rejected bids from Monaco and Wolfsburg and is willing to move to last season's Serie A table toppers but money issues are holding the Italian giants.

Juventus were also in pursuit of Chilean Alexis Sanchez but they couldn't meet his asking price with the Barcelona striker reportedly moving to the Premier League this summer.

Morata has been with Real Madrid since 2011 but last season regularly played with the senior team under coach Carlo Ancelotti.
