Southampton chasing Iago Aspas

Southampton manager Ronald Koeman has reportedly been in contact with Liverpool regarding Spanish striker Iago Aspas. The forward is currently on loan at Sevilla.

The striker could be allowed to return to Liverpool during the January transfer window and Southampton are amongst the teams interested.Despite the impressive form of Graziano Pelle, the Saints want to bring in at least one more striker to add to their squad.Liverpool have told Aspas that he can leave the club permanently as Brendan Rodgers has indicated the forward has no future at Anfield.
