Martin Skrtel is reportedly considering his options after he fell below the pecking order at Liverpool. The Slovakia international has struggled to firm a regular place under Jurgen Klopp, who has utilised the services of Dejan Lovren and Mamadou Sakho for the central defensive partnership.
Skrtel has been a consistent performer for the Reds, and was part of the side that came close to lifting the league title during the 2013/14 season.
According to The ESPN, the central defender could be forced to seek a fresh challenge elsewhere after he failed to convince Klopp of his abilities.
The 31-year-old has made a solitary league start for the Reds since his return from a leg injury last month.
