Danny Rose inks fresh Spurs contract

England international Danny Rose is the latest to pen a long-term deal with Tottenham Hotspur. The 26-year-old joins the likes of Dele Alli, Eric Lamela, Christian Eriksen and Harry Kane in committing his future at White Hart Lane.

  • The 26-year-old, who has been with Spurs since 2007, has been the first-choice for the left-back position over the past couple of seasons.

    Spurs boss Mauricio Pochettino had placed emphasis on extending the stay of his key players, and this has earned Rose a fresh contract to keep him at the club until the summer of 2021.

    The North London outfit have yet to release Rose's wage package, but it is believed that the full-back will have earned a decent raise from his £30,000 weekly salary.

    Rose has racked 126 outings for Tottenham Hotspur since linking up from Leed United nine years ago,
