Chelsea boss Antonio Conte has confirmed that he will rotate his squad when the Blues welcome Everton in the fourth round of the League Cup on Wednesday night.
The Blues have struggled with injuries of late with both N'Golo Kante and Victor Moses sidelined until November at the least.
In a report quoted by Evening Standard, Conte acknowledged that he could utilise some of his younger players with Charly Musonda and Kenedy - potential contenders to face the Toffees.
"I think this could be a good opportunity to give a chance to the young players like Charly Musonda, also Kenedy, young players who I think deserve the chance," he said.
Musonda has turned out four times for the Blues this term, and he scored his maiden goal in the 4-1 triumph over Nottingham Forest in the previous round.
Meanwhile, Kenedy's only appearance came in the Forest clash last month, where he opened the scoring - while playing in the left wing-back position.
Apart from the pair, the likes of Willy Caballero and Andreas Christensen could also earn some valuable gametime with Conte expected to rest Thibaut Courtois and David Luiz respectively.
